A-Shift: 6am-6pm Sun‑Tues and every other Wed

Shipping Associate Job Summary
To accept, identify, verify and secure incoming materials while in receiving and during distribution of the goods to its proper destination. Receive all PO shipments into SAP according to procedures. Be able to perform at a high-volume dock and the ability to float to other locations. Essential to be comfortable with large amounts of computer work— especially using SAP and MS Outlook. Bonus if candidate knows SharePoint as well.

Responsibilities

Separating silicon wafers in cleanroom environment

Assemble packages with appropriate shipping materials

Palletizing of outgoing shipments

Process shipments utilizing the FIFO method unless otherwise directed

Self-starter with little supervision

Float to other areas as needed

Prepare and manage all the necessary documents required for carrying out domestic and international shipping

High volume performance a must

Ensure compliance the rules and regulations

Perform accurate shipping transactions in SAP

Able to lift up to 50lbs

Qualifications

A minimum 2 years of related experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite of resources including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams

Advanced SAP skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Forklift experience not needed
