Cross-Domain Solutions Engineer, Lead
As a solution architect on our team, you will translate customer IT needs and future goals into an integrated plan by crafting architecture products. You will guide the transformation of the Department of War (DoW) through cloud migration, integration of advanced technologies, and modernization of legacy systems. You will also mentor the next generation of developers to become tomorrow’s solutions architects.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or technical leadership roles, including delivering end‑to‑end technical solutions
Knowledge of large‑scale systems integration and cross‑domain solutions, including interfacing with government and DoW systems
Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD and DevOps practices
Ability to establish and maintain trust with clients and key stakeholders
Secret clearance (or eligibility for a security investigation)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field
Nice to Have
Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, including OpenAPI, and distributed systems
Experience with orchestration and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless Architecture)
Experience with cloud technologies and data engineering
Knowledge of advanced analytics, AI/ML workflows, and MLOps pipelines
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Master’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field
CompTIA Security+ certification
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
Compensation
Salary for this position is projected to range from $112,900 to $257,000 annually, based on experience, education, and contract‑specific factors. The posting will close within 90 days of the posting date.
