Chief Engineer - Holiday Inn Express: Sikeston, MO
Midas Hospitality is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee our maintenance department at Holiday Inn Express hotel located in Sikeston, MO. This person will oversee all aspects of the hotel maintenance department including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and preventive maintenance program.
What You Will Be Doing:
Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
Diagnose problems and repair machines.
Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment.
Maintain a preventive maintenance program within rooms to ensure they are kept to standards on a quarterly basis and proper documentation is recorded.
Respond to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping within 15 minutes (occupied rooms).
Perform pool chemical testing.
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 2 years of facilities experience.
Experience in a management position.
