## Show Manager (Project-Based Role)****Compensation:**** The bi-weekly pay range for this position is $4,101.65 to $4,712.92.
Compensation may based on location and experience.
* 5+ years of experience in major project production and installation within the immersive arts, theater, or themed entertainment industries.* Must have direct experience in all phases of a project, from design through fabrication, on-site installation, and programming.* Must have fabrication experience or extensive experience reviewing and overseeing vendor fabrication with a wide array of materials and processes.* Proven track record of creating, managing, and adhering to complex, multi-million dollar project budgets.* Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to confidently present information and guide meetings in various group settings.* Deep understanding of the creative process and the ability to effectively collaborate with and manage creative teams.* Previous experience in a Show Management, Project Management, or a similar Coordinator role.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks and competing priorities effectively.* Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Airtable, and project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).****Work Environment:****
This role operates in a professional office environment and also frequently operates at off-site project and vendor locations, which may include active construction sites.**INCLUSION**:
