Job Overview
Clinician Manager (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant). Reporting to Director of Clinical Operations. Location: Pleasanton, CA. Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt. Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 6:50 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (Some later hours may be required due to internal meetings/trainings).
Who You Are
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for weight loss and weight management, nutrition, women’s health, endocrinology, or Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement treatment. The ideal candidate is motivated, collaborative, detail-oriented, and has a professional demeanor. The candidate will lead a small team of health coaches and member care coordinators.
Responsibilities
Provide transformative member engagement through dynamic 1:1 consultations and coaching sessions.
Conduct comprehensive health assessments and deliver education to support member transformation.
Deliver routine care, including physical examinations and screenings, blending standard protocols with personalized care.
Ensure meticulous documentation and follow-up for each member.
Lead and develop the health coach and member care coordinator team.
Cultivate a workplace culture aligned with JumpstartMD mission and values, fostering collaboration and diversity.
Drive continuous improvement in standard operating procedures during team and management meetings.
Qualifications
California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
DEA Registration Certificate.
OIG Clearance and NPI number.
Background check clearance.
Strong passion for dynamic care and weight loss program.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of preventative medicine, biomarker assessments, psychiatry, and endocrinology.
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
Adaptability, creativity, and results-oriented mindset.
Maintains confidentiality and professional demeanor.
