As a
Crisis Response Specialist , you’ll respond to urgent situations alongside law enforcement and first responders, provide on-site crisis support, and help connect individuals to immediate care and long-term stability.
What you’ll do:
Respond to real-time crisis calls in the community
Complete on-site behavioral health assessments
Create safety plans & coordinate care placements
Support hospital transitions & critical interventions
Work closely with providers, agencies & emergency teams
Work style:
Community-based with travel
Flexible schedule (nights/weekends included)
Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement
What you bring:
Behavioral health background (BHPP/BHT)
Calm, steady presence in high-pressure moments
Strong communication & crisis intervention skills
Commitment to empathy and cultural competence
Valid driver’s license + required certifications
