Master Electrician - Build & Lead New Electrical Division

We’ve built a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and customer service—and now we’re expanding. We are launching a full-service electrical division and are seeking an experienced Master Electrician to help build and lead it from the ground up.
Position Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial‑minded Master Electrician who wants more than just a job—you’ll play a key role in developing, structuring, and growing our electrical department. You’ll have the autonomy to help shape operations, hiring, pricing, and long‑term strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and lead the electrical division within the company
Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installation work
Ensure all work complies with Texas state and local electrical codes
Assist in developing pricing structures, service offerings, and processes
Recruit, train, and mentor electrical technicians as the department grows
Work closely with ownership to align electrical operations with company goals
Maintain high standards of customer service and workmanship
Oversee permitting and inspections as required
Qualifications:
Active Texas Master Electrician License (required)
Proven experience in residential electrical service
Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities
Ability to work independently and make operational decisions
Experience with flat‑rate pricing and service systems is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
