Job Summary
The Inventory, service and manufacturing specialist supports service, repair, and spare parts manufacturing operations by coordinating logistics flows, managing SAP transactions, and ensuring accurate order and invoicing processes for AFMT business line. Acting as interface with Manufacturing team, this role ensures timely execution of shipping and service activities invoicing.
Responsibilities
Act as contact point for the Manufacturing team (NBG), ensuring effective coordination and information flow.
Manage and update OTR (Order to Revenue) files, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow‑up.
Register Service orders in SAP, ensuring correct data entry and alignment with sales and shipping requirements.
Manage shipping, logistics, and invoicing activities for AFMT parts (Third Party and Intercompany).
Manage invoicing activities for repair and services activities.
Prepare and manage transport and customs documentation.
Manage Certificates of Origin and export licenses, ensuring timely issuance and regulatory compliance.
Act as reference point for customers and agents for all matters related to shipping and logistics.
Actively support Accounts Receivable activities.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing and purchasing activity preferably in an industrial or spare parts environment.
Experience working with SAP, including service order registration, goods warehouse management, and transactions management.
Hands‑on experience managing shipping, transport, and customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, export documentation).
Proven experience with credit documentation, including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and coordination with financial institutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and logistics‑related systems.
Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
This position may require occasional business travel, based on organizational needs. The role is full‑time, with a standard working schedule of 8 hours per day. Proactively identifies and resolves shipping, documentation, and compliance issues.
