Role Summary
Purpose
To evaluate, validate, and certify the logical reasoning paths of Large Reasoning Models (LRMs) to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with the EU AI Act before the August 2026 deadline.
Impact
This role is the final gatekeeper for model deployment, preventing logical hallucinations and ensuring our AI systems are legally compliant and ethically sound in high‑risk applications.
Team Structure
Part of the AI Safety & Governance Division, collaborating closely with ML Engineers, Legal Counsel, and ESG Analysts.
Reports To
VP of AI Governance & Safety.
Working Conditions
Travel Required
10%
Standard business hours with flexibility; occasional evening calls with US-based research teams.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of focused screen time for code and trace analysis.
Ability to participate in virtual and in‑person collaborative workshops.
