Eaton’s Power Components Division is currently seeking a Division Pricing Lead to join the team. This role can be hybrid, based at the Moon Township, PA site or remote within the US. Relocation assistance is available!
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

What you’ll do
This role is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies in collaboration with Product Line Managers to support business growth and profitability across defined product lines in the Power Components Division. The Division Pricing Lead collaborates with sales, product management, and commercial pricing request organization (CPRO) and finance teams to ensure competitive price positioning, margin optimization, and alignment with corporate objectives. The role requires strong analytical skills, market insight, and the ability to translate data into actionable pricing decisions.
Essential Functions include
Pricing Strategy and Planning: Execute pricing strategy to capture price aligned with annual pricing goals. Proactively recommend pricing adjustments based on analysis. Collaborate with Industrial Controls Division on pricing strategies. Lead activities to implement annual general price increase activities and unplanned increases due to other developments (significant cost increases, tariff changes, etc). Leverage Zilliant system to analyze and deploy pricing changes.
Quotations and Pricing Process: Review input requests for price changes from the product line and sales team. Support quote processes and special pricing requests with data driven recommendations. Evaluate and support interunit price requests as needed.
Performance Insights: Track and report monthly price attainment vs goal. Provide pricing insights to support business planning and forecasting. Improve pricing processes to increase efficiency by implementing dashboards. Maintain pricing data integrity in Vista.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 3 years of related experience, including pricing strategy, financial modeling, and market analysis
