Sr. Engineering Specialist
AVL Test Systems Inc. is seeking a Sr. Engineering Specialist to provide technical engineering and customer liaison support services for product, system, and software installation, commissioning, configuration, and calibration troubleshooting for chassis dynamometer testing systems in multi-configuration test cells, including utilizing control & acquisition software for chassis dynamometer instrumentation. The role also involves performing chassis dynamometer calibrations, troubleshooting test and measurement products and systems, developing troubleshooting guides, creating commissioning documents, and providing training on systems.
Position located in Plymouth, MI with 75% travel to clients throughout the U.S. May require work at various unanticipated client locations across the U.S.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the duties described above.
