Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations in a regulated aerospace environment. This role is heavily focused on MRB and Process Release (PR) disposition, nonconformance analysis, and driving resolution of out-of-flow hardware. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working directly with manufacturing teams to ensure quality, compliance, and production continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Support MRB and PR disposition with timely, accurate quality decisions

Develop and coordinate rework plans, including documentation and execution guidance

Perform nonconformance analysis and RCCA, driving issues through closure

Track and manage out‑of‑flow hardware, ensuring visibility and risk mitigation

Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and maintain production flow

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and documentation practices

Maintain accurate records for dispositions, process changes, and quality activities

Support machining‑related dispositions by incorporating input on tooling, methods, and process constraints

Communicate status, risks, and escalations clearly across teams

Required Qualifications

Experience supporting MRB and PR disposition in aerospace manufacturing shop floor environment

Background in Quality and Manufacturing Engineering with shop‑floor involvement

Strong experience with nonconformance analysis and RCCA

Solid understanding of quality systems, documentation, and audit readiness

Ability to work onsite and collaborate cross‑functionally

Strong communication and organizational skills

Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Familiarity with machining processes, tooling, and setups

Prior PR certification or final disposition authority experience

Exposure to CNC‑related documentation or process change
