In this role, you will lead process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-mix, people-dependent assembly environment. Over time, you will take ownership of projects and play a key role in developing the manufacturing engineering function, with clear progression into a leadership or regional role.
This role would suit a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in continuous improvement and hands-on manufacturing environments, looking to step into a role with real ownership and progression.
The Role:
Process improvement and optimization across manufacturing operations

The Person:
5-10 years' experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering
Strong background in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma
Experience within manufacturing environments (assembly-focused preferred)
Understanding of process optimization and project delivery
Proactive, driven, and keen to progress into leadership
