Managing Veterinarian
to lead our well-established, four-doctor small animal practice in Longwood, Florida. The Role
As Managing Veterinarian, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Lead and mentor a team of experienced veterinarians and support staff
Shape medical standards and drive quality patient care
Foster a positive, collaborative, and communicative culture
Partner with hospital leadership on operations, growth, and team development
Maintain a balance of clinical practice and leadership responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
DVM or equivalent from an accredited program
Active (or eligible) Florida veterinary license
Strong clinical skills in small animal medicine and surgery
Passion for leadership, mentorship, and team building
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
