Office based in Golden Valley, MN
Compensation & Benefits
$25-$27 per hour, based on experience
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
PTO, Paid Holidays, and Floating Holidays
401(k) with 3% company match
Company-paid cell phone and uniforms
What You'll Be Doing
You'll bring your experience to a wide range of building maintenance work, including:
Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
Plumbing maintenance and repair
HVAC inspection and servicing
Painting, drywall, and carpentry
Preventive maintenance and long-term solutions
Delivering professional, high-quality work our clients trust
What We're Looking For
2+ years of building maintenance experience
Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Professional communication and customer service mindset
CPO certification preferred
Special Boiler's License preferred
