Forklift Operator - Construction
Twin City Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator for a busy lumberyard in Forest Lake! This role is ideal for candidates with a background in forklift operation and the construction industry who enjoy working outdoors.
Location: Forest Lake, MN
Wage: $20.00/hr.
Hours: Monday Thursday (6:00 AM 4:00 PM) | Friday (6:00 AM 2:00 PM)

Duties of the Forklift Operator - Construction position:
Operate Sit-Down Forklift and Combi-Lift
Load and unload trucks and rail cars
Pick and stage customer orders via pick sheets
Perform inventory counts and maintain accuracy
Identify and handle various lumber products
Assist with general yard and warehouse duties
Requirements of the Forklift Operator - Construction position:
1 year of forklift experience required
Experience in construction or building materials required
Knowledge of lumber species, grades, and types is a plus
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs.
Comfortable working in extreme outdoor temperatures
