Warehouse Customer Service Associate
PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known facility in Gallatin TN We are now hiring Customer Service Associate 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm $20/hr Why PROMAN Staffing?
Qualifications:
Education and Experience: some college preferred but not required
Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite & Excel required. SAP experience is a plus)
Ability to respond to customer request via Telephone and Email
Responsibilities:
Data entry: Manually process customer purchase orders and update the SAP system.
Filing: Organize and maintain all shipping documents.
Respond to customer requests for documentation.
ASN input and update the customer portal
Provide general assistance to the customer team.
Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff
