Our company is growing, and the role of Sub-Contracts Manager is crucial to our success across the enterprise. As the primary interface between Loft and its strategic supply base, the Sub-Contracts Manager is a critical position responsible for ensuring we are able to deliver on our commitments.
About this role:
Lead the evaluation, negotiation and closure of critical sub-contracts with Loft’s strategic suppliers
Manage contract changes (e.g., waivers/deviations, addendums, exercised options) and change control throughout contract lifecycle
Maintain comprehensive and auditable records compliant with company and contractual requirements
Review contracts to ensure they reflect applicable technical, quality and/or regulatory requirements
Monitor and report sub-contractor performance against schedule, cost and quality targets
Identify, assess and mitigate supply chain risks, escalating issues whenever appropriate.
Develop strong relationships both internally and externally to facilitate communication, collaboration and alignment throughout contract execution.
Support sub-contractor growth and development in alignment with Loft’s needs.
Must Haves:
Proven experience (6+ years) in sub-contract management
Experience in a company with a production / test environment
Experience with procurement of electromechanical assemblies and relevant build and test processes
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work with a global team and communicate effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work autonomously
Proficient working in ERP system (e.g., NetSuite) and with Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Nice to Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Fluent in French and/or Arabic
Experience with purchasing and/or inventory modules in NetSuite
Experience in aerospace industry
Familiarity with FAR/DFARS regulations and US Government contracting protocols
Supply Chain or Project Management certification (e.g., ASCM, PMP)

130000 - 160000 USD a year
State law requires us to tell you the base compensation range for this role, which is $130,000- $160,000 per year. This is determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary range for this role is intentionally wide as we evaluate individuals based on their unique experience and abilities to fit our needs.
