Electrical Engineer

The Panther Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in PCB and Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design to support a fast‑paced engineering team in Riviera Beach, FL. This is a hands‑on design role focused on schematic capture, layout, and component selection using industry‑standard tools.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA)

Perform schematic capture, component selection, and constraint definition

Execute PCB layout, including component placement and routing

Utilize Siemens Xpedition for design and development (primary tool)

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet technical and production requirements

Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications

Ensure designs align with IPC standards and quality requirements

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in PCB/CCA design and electrical engineering

Strong experience with Siemens Xpedition (required)

Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout

Knowledge of component selection and design constraints

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Familiarity with IPC‑A‑610 and IPC‑J‑STD standards

Experience with wire harness print reading

Nice to Have

Experience with Altium Designer

Background in manufacturing or electronics production environments

Experience supporting design through production lifecycle

Pay $23-$50 per hour DOE
