South Dakota Board of Regents, Vermillion, SD, United States


USD is seeking a system application administrator to provide application and development support for the University of South Dakota Vermillion campus. The successful applicant will consult with customers to determine requirements, create and support new and existing applications by gathering requirements, and developing project specifications, timelines, and resource requirements.

What You’ll Do

Developing, testing, and maintaining campus and statewide administrative applications, ERP interfaces, and ETL processes

Designing and delivering business intelligence solutions that give campus decision-makers access to accurate, timely data

Identifying and resolving data quality issues across enterprise systems

Collaborating with administrative offices to map out system needs and translate them into technical solutions

Coordinating with SDBOR’s Regent Information System staff on system-level issues

Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

What We’re Looking For

Experience with ERP systems, ETL development, and enterprise application programming

Strong business intelligence and data analytics skills

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting project needs

Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
