JR100322**Join our team as a Data Analyst Intern!****What You’ll Do*** Support the Development Operations team with data auditing, entry, and system improvements* Build and maintain Smartsheet grids, reports, dashboards, and forms* Create and troubleshoot formulas, including cross-sheet references and nested logic* Assist in launching new systems and implementing process updates across teams* Identify data inconsistencies and backend issues, and help resolve them* Develop and manage automated workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy* Design dashboards that translate complex data into clear, user-friendly insights* Ensure data integrity through organization, version control, and consistent structure* Attend internal meetings to support reporting and system-related initiatives**What You’ll Bring*** Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field* Experience with Smartsheet is preferred, but not required; Advanced Excel skills* Experience or interest in working with backend systems and data structures* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and troubleshoot issues* High attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Strong organizational and communication skills* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion**Compensation & Benefits*** Competitive salary starting at $22/hour* Full-time, temporary internship (first week of June through end of August)* On-site position – must be local to the Oregon / Madison area* Monday–Friday schedule with standard business hours* Hands-on experience launching systems and improving real business processes* Opportunity to build technical and analytical skills with real-world applicationsGorman & Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
