Job Description
We are hiring an energetic and customer‑focused Store Manager to lead all aspects of a fast‑fashion retail store. As the Store Manager you will drive a positive, inclusive culture, manage and develop the store team, and achieve sales and KPI targets while ensuring long‑term business growth in accordance with the company vision, core values and established policies.

Responsibilities
As Store Manager you are responsible for:
Leading a diverse, high‑performing store team
Achieving sales and KPI targets
Interpreting, analysing and driving sales, stock and service delivery
Executing visual merchandising (VM) directives to meet world‑class standards
Maintaining a safe, inclusive store environment
Skills & Experience
Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
3+ years of retail management, preferably in fast‑fashion
Proven track record of leading inspiring and diverse teams
Strong analytical, communication, customer service and problem‑solving skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
Move around the store throughout shift
Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
Squat/kneel regularly
Use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely
