Accountabilities
Manage multiple, concurrent security projects, coordinating resources across different project teams.
Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Monitor program performance, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve optimal outcomes.
Manage and mentor project managers and coordinators, ensuring consistent project execution across the program.
Act as a liaison with clients, partners, and executive management, communicating program updates and progress.
Evaluate and improve program processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Requirements
6-8 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within security or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and risk in complex program environments.
A sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude.
Ability to focus on excellence in all interactions.
