We are looking for a Project Designer / Project Architect to join our team of talented and dedicated professionals. Successful candidates should have 3-5 years of office experience and be dedicated to excellence in client service. Candidates should also be willing to work on multiple projects at once and be able to manage time and project budgets, as well as providing exceptional service to the firm’s clients. This position requires a professional to manage multiple relationships both internally across the firm and externally with clients and consultants, excellent time management skills and an ability to understand and adapt to all needs. The successful candidate can thrive in a fast‑paced collaborative environment, be a self‑starter with strong abilities to multi‑task, prioritize, work effectively and efficiently to help manage projects.

Core Responsibilities

Create design and construction documents from project conception through construction administration.

Work with team members, coordinate documents, participate in construction administration and work through code and technical issues.

Based on experience level, be responsible for day‑to‑day contact and management of clients, contractors, consultants and supporting design staff.

Make confident and reliable decisions and exercise mature architectural judgment in anticipating and solving problems.

Minimum Qualifications

Professional Degree in Architecture with at least 3–5 years of office experience.

Registration preferred but not required.

Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Design Suite required; AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other rendering programs a plus.

Experience with consultants and document coordination.

Self‑starter with ability to work either individually or in a team.

Demonstrated attention to detail and follow‑through skills.

Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
