Cummings Electrical is hiring Journeymen Electricians for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. ($1,000 Sign on Bonus!)
Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC's and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more.
As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities
Read in-depth blueprints (mechanical, layout/on-line drawings)
Determine size of pull box or J-box based on wires inside or passing through
Size wire based on amperage and voltage drop.
Troubleshoot electrical systems (equipment, devices, conduit wires)
Bend and install 3" or greater conduit
Terminate inside of Transformers, Switchgears, Generators and UP's, Lighting control panel and Control Panels
Qualifications
Active Journeyman License is required
Reliable transportation
Skilled in a commercial and/or industrial construction environment
Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time during scheduled shifts
Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and climbing as required by job duties
