Position Overview
Health New England, Inc. is hiring a Software Developer in Springfield, MA.
Salary range:
$110,000.00 – 147,000.00/year
Responsibilities
Develop custom applications and leverage third party applications to meet the needs of the customers/users.
Use technologies such as WEB Development, LINQ, .NET, C#, SQL Server, Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
Assist in project management by identifying issues, recommending solutions and communicating the status of the project in a timely fashion.
Perform systems analysis, detailed design, programming, testing and training in the implementation of departmental and interdepartmental applications.
Participate in a post-implementation support role including troubleshooting and enhancing installed applications.
Work nights and weekends as needed.
Telecommute may be possible.

GED or HiSET (Required)

Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

$108,180.00 – $124,342.00 – $147,097.00
