We are seeking an
SAP EWM Warehousing Lead (Senior Consultant)
to join a high-impact SAP transformation project focused on warehouse digitalization and operational excellence. This role is designed for a senior expert who combines deep warehouse operations knowledge with strong SAP EWM and WM consulting experience.
This position sits at the intersection of business and technology, where you will shape end-to-end warehouse processes and drive large-scale SAP EWM implementations. Your expertise will directly influence operational efficiency, system stability, and digital transformation across complex logistics environments.

What will be your key responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP EWM implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives. You will lead workshops with business stakeholders, translate operational requirements into SAP solutions, and design future-state warehouse processes aligned with best practices. You will also oversee system testing, UAT, and validation activities while ensuring smooth integration between business and technical teams. Additionally, you will lead a mixed team of IBM consultants and client resources, driving delivery in line with project objectives and governance standards.
What experience should you have:
10+ years of warehouse operations and management experience
10+ years of hands‑on SAP WM/EWM experience (consulting or operational)
Strong knowledge of both SAP EWM and SAP WM
Experience leading SAP full-cycle implementations (minimum 2 projects)
Proven team leadership or supervisory experience (3+ years)
Experience with SAP S/4HANA environment (preferred)
Experience in defence, military, or government organizations (preferred)
Strong capability in business process analysis and warehouse optimization
SAP WM/EWM certification (strong advantage)
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (advantage)
Additional Requirements:
Experience connecting warehouse operations with local hardware systems (advantage)
Strong change management and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in structured, high‑compliance environments
Mandatory: EU/NATO country citizenship + valid NATO passport
