Oversee daily operations for NPs and PAs in Orthopaedic Surgery
Split role approximately 50% administrative and 50% clinical, flexing as needed
Supervise a current team of 22 APPs across multiple deployment areas and sites
Provide inpatient and outpatient care: exams, diagnostics, discharge planning, documentation
Optimize clinic workflows, scheduling, templates, and staff coverage across multiple sites
Lead onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and professional developmentPartner with senior management and physicians to build APP best‑practice models
Use HR and labor contract experience to manage change and complex priorities
Follow an outpatient clinic structure: 4 half‑day sessions with 20‑minute appointments
Practice with no OR responsibility
