Resident Care Aides (RCAs) or Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs)
Part Time – Day Shift (6 a.m. – 2 p.m.) & Evening Shift (2 p.m. – 10 p.m.)
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Resident Care Aides (RCAs) or Certified Nurse Assistants
are needed to provide direct resident care. The ideal candidates will have strong verbal, written, and organizational skills and share in our core values.
Provide daily bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and incontinence/peri‑care.
Offer redirection to promote resident independence.
Obtain accurate vital signs and report changes in resident health status; document as appropriate.
Assist or accompany residents to appointments if assigned.
Report concerns regarding residents to the Director of Nursing, Administrator, or Charge Nurse on shift.
