About the Role:
Associate Veterinarian
You’ll practice high quality small animal medicine with the support, time, and autonomy you deserve.
What your days will look like:
Preventive care, sick visits, diagnostics, and client education
Surgery opportunities (soft tissue; more if you’re interested)
Collaborating with experienced, approachable doctors—no ego, no competition
Working alongside dedicated, well trained technicians and support staff
Appointment lengths that allow you to think, connect, and practice real medicine (20–30 minutes)

Compensation and Transparency
Base salary: $130,000–$150,000 DOE
Production bonus with no negative accrual
Sign on bonus up to $50,000
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with employer match
Paid licenses, DEA, PLIT, and professional dues
CE allowance: $2,500 per year plus paid CE days
Schedule and WorkLife Balance
Four-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts)
No after-hours emergencies
Rotating Saturdays only
