Position Overview
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate PCU Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Sun City, AZ. This role will primarily be based at the Boswell campus, with required floating to the Del Webb campus based on staffing needs. The ideal candidate is experienced in progressive care, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to individuals requiring intermediate-level monitoring and treatment
Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient status, responding promptly to changes
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
Float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses as needed
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arizona or compact state)
Minimum 2-3 years of recent PCU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
Strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different units and teams
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
