
Consulting OneStream Senior Solution Architect Professional Multiple Cities

In this role, the OneStream Solution Architect will be responsible for the implementation of financial planning, consolidation, closing, and other process solutions using the OneStream software. OneStream is built on the Microsoft technology stack including SQL Server, SQL Analysis Services, IIS, and hosted on the Amazon Web Services (AMS) platform.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about helping solve complex problems and bringing innovative solutions to our internal and external accounts. As part of the IBM OneStream practice, the candidate will assist in building a world‑class team to enhance our practice and implement solutions to our customers’ most pressing problems in the FP&A space.
The candidate will lead OneStream solutions through the full implementation lifecycle including requirements, design, testing, development, training, documentation, and support.
He/She will lead the full lifecycle of a project from pre‑sales through introduction, scoping, estimating, to statement of work.
We want someone who can approach problems creatively while being able to apply the OneStream technology to solve our customers’ biggest challenges.
Sales Support and Delivery
As trusted business advisor and lead, this individual will support sales – if and when needed – at key accounts by assisting with the scoping, solutioning, program planning and driving RFPs around OneStream and FP&A for TruQua. This will be required to support sales and go‑to‑market activities for SAP, which will include writing and shaping proposals and presenting at Orals.
The OneStream Solution Architect will bring professional leadership experience in businesses where service, quality and customer responsiveness are tantamount to success. The candidate will draw from past hands‑on experience to grow our practice and capabilities.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven experience implementing OneStream and other EPM applications (SAP BPC, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation, etc.)
Previous experience implementing OneStream, Certified Solution Architect (OCP), OCA and OCS Certification
Experience leading business requirement collection and translating that into a solution design.
Complete understanding of accounting processes, including but not limited to account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, allocations, top‑side adjustments, and currency translation.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including FP&A, financial consolidation, planning, close, reporting.
Must have experience leading full‑cycle OneStream implementations.
Experience with data integration between different systems/sources including but not limited to SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, ERP systems, Data Stores, etc.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Knowledge of FP&A complementary tools, namely SAP SAC, PaPM, BlackLine, Magnitude, OpenText, Workiva, Celonis, Anaplan, Twenty‑Five, Profinda, Replicon, Fieldglass, and others.
Knowledge of upcoming changes in FP&A, SAP Analytics & Finance, as well as an eagerness to learn, prototype, and grow expertise in the latest relevant financial technologies.
