Consulting Delivery Consultant, GDPS Professional Multiple Cities

Responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant specializing in Expert Labs for GDPS on Z, you will provide clients with world‑class services to optimize their GDPS system performance. Your responsibilities include:

Analyze System Health: assess clients' GDPS system health, identify performance issues, and recommend optimization strategies.

Provide Best Practices Guidance: advise clients on best practices for GDPS product performance, improving system efficiency.

Identify New Features and Functions: discover new GDPS features and guide clients on leveraging them to meet business objectives.

Required education
Associate's Degree or College Diploma.

Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree.

Required technical and professional expertise
Expertise in IBM Z and Storage technology products, and leading and delivering pre‑sales and post‑sales engagements for IBM GDPS® implementations. Must have demonstrable experience in implementing IBM GDPS® and be familiar with sysplex architecture methods. Ability to assess IT infrastructures, evaluate gaps, create solution recommendations, and produce deliverables for clients. Must have strong background in executive consulting or technical sales and knowledge of IBM’s GDPS® portfolio.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Advanced GDPS Product Knowledge: deep understanding of GDPS functionality, performance, potential issues, and optimization strategies.

Expert Labs Familiarity: experience delivering high‑quality services with Expert Labs for GDPS on Z.

System Performance Optimization: analyze complex system performance issues and design effective optimization strategies.
