Salary: $200,000 - $215,000 per year

Requirements
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the State Bar of California
6+ years of litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in real‑estate litigation (business litigation experience a plus)
Strong working knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure, Evidence Code, and relevant areas of the Civil Code and Business & Professions Code
Ability to manage cases from inception to resolution with general supervision
Ability to independently identify issues and recommend litigation strategy
