We are located in Keller/North Fort Worth and provide a trauma‑informed, family model of care for displaced children, teens, and young adults. As a voluntary placement organization, we are an option outside of traditional foster care, often when a caregiver has exhausted all efforts to care for a child. Whether a child is with us for six months or sixteen years, we utilize that time loving them as our own and instilling normalcy, dignity, and hope into their lives. As a faith‑based organization, we envision that their time with us will help lead them toward a future of hope and healing.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a full‑time Development Manager to join our team. This position will report to the VP of Development supporting the organization’s fundraising initiatives to raise $3,000,000 annually.

Execute donor cultivation and stewardship of assigned portfolio.
Manage, cultivate, and steward the recurring giving society (Circle of Hope) and explore opportunities for new donor giving societies.
Cultivate and identify individual donors through personal visits and communications.
Execute fundraising campaigns, giving days, peer‑to‑peer fundraising, and other assignments.
Work closely with the VP of Development to identify and leverage opportunities in respective portfolios to help cultivate new relationships and build a robust prospect pipeline.
Organize and lead tours to provide a mission‑focused experience for donors.
Utilize Salesforce to log and track activity and donor information for constituents.
Event Management
Provide leadership for all facets of events including, but not limited to: Annual Fashion Show (February), Annual Golf Tournament (April), Annual Clay Shoot (August), Annual Fall Festival & Open House (October), Third Party Events (TBD).
Responsible for all aspects of event production including timeline, site logistics, online fundraising elements, managing staff/volunteers and all other aspects to create a successful event. Accountabilities include budget development, purchasing decisions, and contract review for venue, catering, entertainment, and décor.
Actively solicit donations, sponsorships, and underwriting for all events to meet revenue goals.
Develop, manage, empower, and motivate volunteer event committees.
Responsible for all post‑event reconciliation, follow‑up plans, and data analysis.
Communications & Collaboration
Represent the organization at events and programs.
Become an active member of chambers and attend events to help create awareness.
Grow community understanding of organization mission with in‑person and hands‑on experiences on campus.
Collaborate effectively and proactively with staff across all departments to best communicate initiatives and priorities.
Assist other departments and teams as needed.
Additional duties as determined by VP of Development.
