Job Description
Crossroads Trading Co., a popular buy-sell-trade retailer with stores throughout the country, is looking for full-time and part-time Security Associates! Do you have experience working in Loss Prevention and/or Security? Are you looking for a Security role with stable, day-time hours that allows for a work-life balance? Do you enjoy interacting with the public in a customer service environment while maintaining a harmonious and pleasant shopping atmosphere? If so, this may be the job for you! Responsibilities - Cultivate a harmonious store environment and strong visual presence at the entrance/exit through courteous greeting and professional interactions with customers and teammates - Maintain a safe and respectful store environment by consistently monitoring the sales floor, circulating the store regularly, and identifying any potential safety issues in a timely manner - Greet customers and maintain a friendly but secure presence that helps prevent internal and external theft - Identify and address theft indicators and/or safety concerns; may respond to emergencies and assist in evacuations - Communicate all safety concerns and suspicious activity to store management and work together to find solution to maintain a harmonious shopping environment at all times

Previous or transferrable experience related to Security, Safety and/or Loss Prevention
