TPG Hotels & Resorts - 1840 Corporate Blvd NE - Responsibilities: Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs; Process check-ins and check-outs for guests arriving and departing during the night hours; Compile and distribute daily reports to various departments; Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in charges and payments; Post charges, payments, and adjustments to guest accounts accurately
