PRN Licensed Clinician - Substance Use Focused Group Therapy
Shifts Available:
7 days a week, 8am - 4:30pm. Ideal candidates have some weekday and weekend availability. Let us know what days you are available. There is some flexibility on the schedule.
Pay Ranges:
$32-$48 per hour
The Recovery Village Kansas City is an adult rehab facility that is physician-led and committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care for substance use disorders and mental health conditions.

Job Duties
Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
Licensed in the state of Missouri with one of the following:
LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
Licensed Psychologist
PLPC (Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor)
LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
PLP (Provisional Licensed Psychologist)
PLMFT (Provisional Licensed Marital and Family Therapist)
Experience with Substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
CPR and BFA Certification required.
