The MCW Department of Ophthalmology is seeking an academically oriented fellowship-trained orbital and oculoplastic surgeon to join the faculty at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. This is an open‑rank, full‑time position in a traditional‑ or clinician‑educator track.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical coverage and perform adult oculoplastic and select pediatric oculoplastic procedures at the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin Eye Institute.
Serve patients at Children’s Wisconsin, Froedtert Hospital, and Zablocki Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Teach and mentor Ophthalmology residents and Oculoplastic fellows.
Participate in the Section’s multidisciplinary collaboration with related MCW disciplines.
Engage in basic or clinical research as opportunities arise.
Qualifications
Board certified or eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Completed an accredited Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship.
Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin.
Strong surgical and clinical competencies with refined interpersonal skills.
Interest in research is desirable and could be supported.
