What will you do?
Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
More about you
No college degree required
Minimum of 1 year related experience required
Superior organization and guest service skills required
Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience with handling guest enquiries
Physical requirements
Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Shift details
10hr shift
Weekends
Holidays
OT as needed
