Your Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat complex dental pulp and root canal conditions.
Perform nonsurgical and surgical endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies.
Evaluate dental radiographs, CBCT scans, and clinical findings to develop accurate treatment plans.
Manage dental pain, trauma-related injuries, and dental emergencies.
Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, risks, and aftercare.
Collaborate with referring general dentists and dental specialists to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and practice standards.
Adhere to infection control, safety, and sterilization protocols.
Stay current with advancements in endodontic techniques, technologies, and evidence-based practices.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities as required.
What We're Looking For:
D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited institution
Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Wisconsin
Certificate of Specialty in Endodontics
Board Certified by the American Association of Endodontics (AAE) preferred
Clinical proficiency in the use of Dental Operating Microscope or Surgical Operating Microscope
Current Patient Care Hours:
Monday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
