Overview
Looking for an energetic and bright technician for both front desk and preliminary testing
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments
Answer multiple phone lines
Greet patients
Conduct preliminary testing
Manage patient flow
Gather patient medical history
Other duties as assigned related to front desk and patient flow
Qualifications
General knowledge of eye anatomy
Ability to multitask
Computer literate
Great communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Quick learner
Contact lens training
Previous experience verifying insurance, ins and billing and filing would be greatly appreciated
Location
This position will be between our 3 Raleigh locations: North Hills, Crabtree and Triangle Town Center.
Schedule
We are open 7 days a week, so 2 to 3 weekends a month will be required.
