Job Summary
Care Assistants will visit clients in their homes to provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living tasks. The role requires compassion, reliability, and a commitment to supporting wellbeing and independence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal care and hygiene needs
Provide food and drink support
Carry out manual handling and palliative care duties
Support with light domestic tasks
Administer medication as required
Offer companionship and emotional support
Run errands such as shopping or collecting prescriptions
Candidate Requirements
Full UK driving licence and access to own car (required)
Care Certificate (preferred; training provided if not held)
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Previous support worker experience (preferred, minimum 1 year)
Must have UK work authorisation (sponsorship/visa switch not available)
Willingness to travel (50% required)
Paid mileage (25p per mile between calls)
