To assist pellet / liquid labs in receiving incoming resin and process outgoing resin requests. Assist Project Manager in maintaining proper resin levels to avoid delays in color matching and quality control departments.
Read and comprehend incoming CMR’s
Ensure accurate data entry as well as identification and correction of errors
Accurately input data into scale up of all new color matches & projects
Ensure the proper dispersant and carrier packages are used in the final formula
Double check entries for accuracy
Create customer letters to accompany finished projects
Update and maintain the Carrier Packages spreadsheet
Resins:
Transfer all incoming resins from boxes
Make sure all resins are properly labeled
Ensure all resin containers are properly closed to avoid contamination
Update and maintain the resin list
Ensure housekeeping standards are met
Assist with Badger Color recycling initiatives
Follow all safety rules and regulations
Qualifications:
Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
Organizational skills are critical
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office
Must be able to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment
No lifting or standing restrictions (be able to lift 50+ lbs.)
Forklift experience a plus, but not a necessity
