KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 2nd shift.
Job responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant manufacturing equipment. This requires a strong aptitude for both electrical systems and mechanical maintenance
Complete preventative maintenance routines as directed by computer reports
Order parts and materials as required, to make repairs, build equipment, and maintain inventory
Be able to read and understand complex electrical line drawings, ladder diagrams etc. Detailed and complex electrical and mechanical troubleshoot skills
Complete all paperwork, and maintain files as required, such as: machine files, work orders, PM sheets, machine logs, electrical prints, panel files, and equipment layouts
Work with the Maintenance team, Engineers, Managers and the Tool & Die team to implement new equipment in an efficient and safe manner
Qualifications
An Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or Electricity with Mechanical Maintenance experience, or Automation Engineering, or Journeyman Electrician with Mechanical Maintenance Experience as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Welding experience is a plus

Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required

Physical Requirements
Working in areas where it can get warm as well as cold
Working in a smoke free environment
Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
Shift and Benefits

Hours are 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday
Shift premium of $2.00/hour
