Job Description:
Manage Information Technology objectives, communications, individuals, teams, and projects to meet Delivery Team timelines and business objectives. Support major and monthly code deployments. Support Agile Development workflows. Support strategic discussions and decisions. Amplify Delivery Manager influence and oversight across the overall PHUB workstream.
As the PM for GPP, the candidate will communicate with Payments Delivery Managers, our business/Product partners, and manage the GPP Technical Team (Tech Lead/Engineer) that supports Payments Hub (PHUB) scrum team objectives related to PMT processing across the Truist enterprise. The GPP team owns the PMTs DB and application for scheduling PMTs (Immediate, One Time Future-Dated, and Recurring), create, edit, delete, release, and PMT history (completed PMTs). We define new PMT portfolios/departments/lines of business, PMT options, alerts, etc., and align with market-driven business requirements.
This person will participate in all PHUB major and monthly code deployments, as the Lead PM or GPP PM. He/she will also support Agile Program Increment Planning, Release Planning/Deliverables, Environment health, SIT (Systems Integration Testing), PLT (Performance Load Testing), and post-deployment Warranty/Production Support (general consulting, triage, SME Q&A).
This is a program manager role for specific Production Support objectives, particularly those related to DB I/O, efficiencies, tuning, and Cross Workstream connection points (MQ, Mulesoft, F5). Oversee new Environment Builds that define our Release Path for codebase elevations (multiple Lower ENVs, Production, Disaster Recovery). As a primary stakeholder for the PMTs data core, manage PHUB Oracle OS & DB updates, Data Center Moves, Disaster Recovery Testing, Cyber Security gaps, Regulatory issues, and applicable framework objectives (Java, MQ, Mule OS health, patches, and upgrades).
As a senior leader in PHUB, this person will closely align with and support Delivery Manager objectives. He/she will discuss new issues, make recommendations, form team units as needed to multiply DM influence and oversight so PHUB DMs can offer viable solutions to Truist Enterprise IT executives. Will frequently be the go-to PM for any PHUB objectives that don't fit squarely into PHUB scrum team alignments.
