Job Title: MD Punch/Washer Shift: 1st Shift Location: Columbus, Nebraska Pay: $18.00 per hour We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support punch and wash operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves working with manual machinery, handling industrial materials, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Job Responsibilities Operate manual punch machines to create holes in cylinder barrels Load and unload barrels into the industrial washer system Perform repetitive tasks including washing and processing barrels of varying sizes Set up and operate manual equipment safely and accurately Work around corrosive chemicals while following all safety protocols Monitor production quality and ensure specifications are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and trainers Multitask between punch and washer operations as needed Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure Qualifications Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly (training is conducted in English) Comfortable working with manual machinery and performing physical labor Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work with repetitive tasks and maintain consistency Willingness to speak up, ask questions, and communicate with a variety of team members Ability to handle physically demanding work and varying barrel sizes Why work for Advance Services, Inc.?
