Summary: Worker from an agency - Temporary.
Currently seeking a Temporary to Hire Manual Machinist for our Hempstead, Rd location.
Responsibilities of the Temporary Manual Machinist include, but are not limited to:
Precision machining of pump parts including rings, bushings, sleeves, and shafts
Ability to handle.001 T.I.R. tolerances on finished products
Any other task as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications of the Temporary Manual Machinist include, but are not limited to:
5 years' experience on manual lathes and mills
Previous pump experience is preferred
Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
Working Conditions: Shop environment Training/Certifications: N/A Shift Time/Overtime: Full time Monday through Friday starting at 7:00 am to 4:00pm with OT and some weekends as needed. Travel: N/A Education: HS Diploma or GED
