Janitor Supervisor - APSI
The Janitor Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision and implementation of base janitorial service, QC, Safety and general supervision of the assigned team. Supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with APSI's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The salary range for this position is $45,000-60,000/year.
The Janitor Supervisor provides leadership and guidance to ensure work performed meets the Governments' and Ahtna Integrated Services, Inc.'s standards of performance.
Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of conditions. There is a frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.

Generally, indoors, office setting. While outdoors may be subject to changes in temperature noise levels.
