The person hired for the position of Production Operator will work at our 3M Brownwood location.
Responsibilities/ The Impact You Will Make in this Role:

Adhering to all quality and safety policies, procedures and practices.
Operating various machines in varying speeds, while maintaining appropriate product specifications.
Interpreting customer needs by customer specific expectations, with the ability to perform appropriate department processes, while utilizing appropriate tools and material to meet individual customer and quality requirements.
Your Skills and Expertise :
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Required:
Must possess a High School diploma/GED, or equivalent, (completed and verified prior to start).
One-year preferred industry or labor experience.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Preferred stable work history.
Preferred computer knowledge.
This position may require overtime work, weekends, and holidays.
This position may require working rotating shifts.

The starting rate of pay rate is $20.47 to $23.22.
